Cover for everybody or will be targeted to be fired
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Respect the people you hire instead of undermining them.
Provide genuine rewards and listen to what employees are saying. A box of donuts and bagels on Friday is scant compenation for putting up with a poor work culture.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Background cjecks. Had just been fired from other defense contractor after arrested at Abu Dhani airport for pill possession. Thanks Akima for now letting me work on missiles

Toxic boys club culture. Severely young mistresses. Prostitues galore. Boozy old men.
