Edward T. Rizzuti — Vice President and General Counsel at Alamo Group

Mr. Edward T. Rizzuti, also known as Ed, has been Vice President and General Counsel of Alamo Group, Inc. since July 15, 2015. Mr. Rizzuti serves as the Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Evergreen Unmanned Systems, Inc. He served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Erickson Incorporated (a/k/a, Erickson Air-Crane Incorporated) from November 2011 to June 26, 2015. Prior to Erickson, from August 2006 to August 2010, he worked for NACCO Materials Handling Group, Inc., and served as Associate General Counsel. From January 2004 to July 2006, he served as Legal Counsel for Terex Corporation. Prior to his employment with Terex, Mr. Rizzuti was a lawyer with Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo PC from September 1999 to July 2003, focusing in the area of private equity and corporate transactional work. From September 1998 to September 1999, he worked as a lawyer with Clifford Chance LLP. He serves as a Director at Evergreen Unmanned Systems, Inc. Mr. Rizzuti received his JD and law degree from New York University School of Law and holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University.
