What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop being self-serving, be accountable, listen to and act on feedback and constructive criticism, stop playing favourites, update 'dated software and products'. Stop blaming sales staff for poor performance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is far below industry average for a technology led/SaaS company. Delays in setting targets and honouring the payment of commission undermines morale.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A small number of colleagues are really helpful, but some who have been in the business a long time are unhelpful, rude and unsupportive.
More support, collaboration and communication needed and acting on people's feedback and ideas.
