My overall experience has been great. I started working while being an international student and the environment has been welcoming and accommodating. My managers generally want to see you exceed and are willing to train and assist where need be.

They are pleasant. They are open to diversity and my team has become very close-knitted.

They are efficient with setting goals and encouraging the team to meet them in a none aggressive manner

Our managers are very understanding. They make sure to stress the importance of balance in work and your daily life.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It wasn't intimidating they generally seemed interested in what you had to say. The interview was very quick and the interviewers were pleasant to speak too.
