Indrani M. Lall Franchini J.D. — Executive VP & Chief Compliance Officer at Alexion Pharmaceuticals

Ms. Indrani M. Lall Franchini, J.D. has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since June 5, 2017. Ms. Franchini also co-lead the Alexion's newly formed Global Corporate Compliance Committee. She has extensive experience developing and building the infrastructure and company-wide standards for global compliance programs, interacting with regulatory agencies and establishing multi-functional teams to support global compliance programs. She joined Alexion from Hess Corporation. She served as the Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Hess Corporation June 5, 2017 and served as its Assistant Corporate Secretary since January 19, 2017 June 5, 2017. Before joining Hess in 2012, she spent nearly ten years with Pfizer, most recently as Chief Compliance Counsel for its Pharmaceutical Business, overseeing all compliance elements for the development, marketing and promotion of this global business. Earlier in her career, she served as an Attorney with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in its New York and Tokyo offices. Ms. Franchini earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and her B.A. from Princeton University. In addition, she spent a year as a Fulbright Fellow at the Kyushu University Graduate School in Fukuoka, Japan.
