Jodeen A. Kozlak — Global Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Alibaba Group Holding Limited

Ms. Jodeen A. Kozlak, also known as Jodee, has been Global Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Alibaba Group Holding Limited since February 2016. Ms. Kozlak served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President at Target Corp. until February 12, 2016. Ms. Kozlak served as an Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Target Corp. since March 2007. Ms. Kozlak served as a Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Target Corp., from February 2006 to March 2007. Ms. Kozlak served as a Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Relations General Counsel from November 2005 to February 2006. From June 2001 to November 2005, she held several positions in Employee Relations at Target. Prior to joining Target in 2001, Kozlak served as a Partner in the litigation practice of Greene Espel, PLLP, a Minnesota law firm. She also previously served as a senior associate at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly and a senior auditor at Arthur Anderson & Co, both in Minneapolis. Ms. Kozlak served as President of the Board of Directors of The Guthrie Theater and a member of the Board of Overseers for the Carlson School of Management. She has been an Independent Director of C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. since February 07, 2013. She also serves as on the board of OneVillage, a non-profit focused on microfinance. She received a B.A. Degree in Accounting from the College of St. Thomas and earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota.
