Ms. Minzhi Wu, also known as Sophie, has been the Chief Customer Officer at Alibaba Group Holding Limited since January 26, 2017. Ms. Wu served as President of Wholesale Marketplaces at Alibaba Group Holding Limited until January 26, 2017. Ms. Wu served as President of Alibaba.Com & 1688.Com at Alibaba Group Holding Limited. Ms. Wu served as Vice President of Alibaba Group Holding Limited. Ms. Wu joined Alibaba.com in November 2000 and served in several sales management roles, including General Manager of Regional Sales, Director and Vice President of China Gold Supplier sales and Vice President of China TrustPass sales. She served as Vice President of Alibaba.com's Supplier Service Division and was responsible for leading her team to optimize service to China Gold Supplier members and enhance supplier quality. Since March 2012, she served as General Manager/Head of Alibaba.com's international operations and later also took charge of 1688.com.
