Wei Wu — Chief Financial Officer at Alibaba Group Holding Limited

Ms. Wei Wu, also known as Maggie, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Alibaba Group Holding Limited since May 10, 2013. Ms. Wu has been Executive Director of Alibaba.com Limited since July 31, 2007. Ms. Wu joined Alibaba Group in July 2007. She served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Alibaba Group Holding Limited from October 2011 to May 10, 2013. She served as the Chief Financial Officer of Alibaba.com Limited since July 31, 2007. She was responsible for instituting Alibaba.com's financial systems and organization leading up to its initial public offering in Hong Kong in November 2007, as well as co-leading the privatization of Alibaba.com in 2012. Ms. Wu was a Partner in audit practice at KPMG in Beijing, where she spent 15 years and Lead Audit Partner on audits for the initial public offerings and annual audits of several Chinese companies listed overseas and provided audit, accountancy and advisory services to many multinational corporations. She was voted best CFO in FinanceAsia's annual poll for Asia's Best Managed Companies in 2010. She is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Wu holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Capital University of Economics and Business.
