Xiaoming Hu — President of Alibaba Cloud Computing at Alibaba Group Holding Limited

Mr. Xiaoming Hu, also known as Simon, has been the President of Alibaba Cloud Computing at Alibaba Group Holding Limited since November 2014. Mr. Hu serves as Senior Vice President of Alibaba Group Holdings Limited. Mr. Hu served in various management positions at Alibaba Group and at Ant Financial Services Group since he joined Alibaba Group in June 2005. He served as the Chief Risk Officer of Ant Financial Services from November 2013 to October 2014. From July 2009 to November 2013, he served as General Manager of SME loan business at Alibaba. Prior to joining Alibaba Group, he worked in financial institutions including China Construction Bank and China Everbright Bank for over ten years. He has been a Non-Executive Director at Sinosoft Technology Group Limited since January 01, 2017 and ZhongAn Online P & C Insurance Co.,Ltd. since November 29, 2016. He served as an Independent Director of Zhejiang Daily Media Group Co., Limited from April 2016 to March 2017. From October 2014 to February 2016, Mr. Hu served as Director of Hundsun Technologies Inc. Mr. Hu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Zhejiang University in June 2002 and an executive MBA degree from China Europe International Business School in September 2010.
