Mr. Ramon A. Vitulli III, also known as Ray, serves as the President of West Belt Office at Allegiance Bank Texas. Mr. Vitulli has been the President of Allegiance Bank since 2013 and its Chief Operating Officer since December 30, 2015. He serves as an Executive Vice President of Allegiance Bancshares, Inc. and served as its Bank Office President from 2007 to December 30, 2015. He is responsible for growing Allegiance's loans and deposits. He has more than six years of experience working with Allegiance. He has over 23 years of banking experience. He served as Market Chief Executive Officer of Sterling Bank, where he managed six bank offices with total assets in excess of $250 million. He joined Sterling Bank in 1996. He started his career as a loan review examiner at Charter National Bank in Houston and worked as a Senior Credit Analyst and Bank Manager. He has served customers in the Houston and surrounding area since 1990. He served as the Chairman of St. Pius X High School Board from 1996 to 2003 and St. Anne (Tomball) Catholic School Board from 2003 to 2008. He has been a Director of Allegiance Bancshares, Inc. since 2014. Mr. Vitulli serves on the board of St. Pius X High School Foundation Board. He has been a Director of Allegiance Bank since 2008. He served as a Director of Allegiance Bank Texas. He was a volunteer math tutor in HISD Adopt a School Program. He was a Member of American Heart Association Board. He serves as Member of Texas Finance Committee at Dominican Sisters of Houston. Mr. Vitulli holds Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
