Allego has created a great company culture that fosters individual and collective employee success. It's an extremely collaborative culture where everyone helps each other out. Even while we've been working remotely, we've had fun with unique virtual events (chocolate tasting, paint night, etc.)

Allego is a special place. It's the first company I've worked for where such a large percentage of the population truly embrace our values on a daily basis, and where leadership is fully transparent and supportive. People are smart, collaborative, and put in discretionary effort because they care!

Exciting place to work. There is no shortage of highly visible and impactful projects to work on. Covid really threw gas on a fire that was already roaring. Great people, excellent work/life balance.
