They pay for your insurance, you pay co pays but nothing is deducted from your paychecks. Best incentive and it's for you and your family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
He is hands on, he interacts with us as a team and we are expected to behave like a team. You don't feel like he has a favorite we are all equal no matter what role we play in the office
