Everyone I speak to is friendly and very helpful. When questions have to be asked or there is extra help needed, patients are given. I've never had a job where I get excited about each work day. However, at Allen Lund I've never felt unhappy to come to work. It's a great company to be a part of.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are encouraging, fun, and like a second family. No matter what needs to be done, we work as a team until we all feel we have done our best.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance. It's rare to see a company completely pay for the insurance and the insurance actually be great. I'm very grateful for Allen Lund and the insurance they provide.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It wasn't intimidating. I was nervous for the interview itself before I arrived, However, once I got in there, it was like I was talking to a friend on a business level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though the job can get tough and everyone busy in their own work day, there is never a lack of laughter. We can always count on the stories or jokes to keep the room light and fun.
