What makes you most happy at work?
Solving a problem for my peers and/or customers through teamwork & collaboration gives me the most satisfaction. When we do this consistently, monetary success follows for all.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team make themselves accessible to every employee throughout ALC. They visit all branch locations and always ensure they find time to speak to every employee that wants their ear.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have yet to meet anyone that has the quality of benefits we do. It is practically unheard of for a company of our size to provide 100% paid health benefits for their employees and their families.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had 2 interviews: one with our company recruiter and a follow up with who would come to be my immediate supervisor/manager. There were no odd interview questions. It’s a straightforward process. From the initial interview to the formal job offer, it was less than two week
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Allen Lund has always worked to take care of its employees and communities. Our employees throughout the country participate in our annual Acts of Kindness program. Each employee is given at least one business day off to participate in an Act of Kindness which equates to thousands of hours served.
