They come together in a crunch and get things done. We support one another and get along pretty well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving problems and issues that arise and the mentoring of other employees is very fulfilling. The close work with regular carriers and helping them stay moving as well as customer satisfaction makes me feel good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They lead by example. They don't expect employees to do anything they wouldn't do or have done to get where they are. They have good work ethic and they lift their employees up through encouragement and training.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is an AMAZING compensation package all the way around. The initial reason I inquired about this company was the health care benefits but I have only been blown away by everything else this company offers. Great bonuses and generous 401k on top of everything else.
