Ms. Owen serves as the President of Superior Water, Light & Power Company at ALLETE, Inc. and has been its Vice President of ALLETE Information Technology Solutions since 2014. Ms. Owen served as a Vice President of Minnesota Power at ALLETE, Inc. since 2012. Ms. Owen oversaw all of Superior Water, Light's electric, water and gas operations in northwest Wisconsin. Ms. Owen joined ALLETE in July 2002 and served as Director for transmission regulatory compliance and business support for ALLETE unit Minnesota Power Inc. She earned an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and a law degree from the University of Minnesota.
