Executive Bio
Mr. Joel L. Thomas has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Alliance One International, Inc. since January 1, 2014. Mr. Thomas had been Vice President and Treasurer of Alliance One International, Inc since October 2005 until December 2013. He has been instrumental in leading Alliance One International, Inc.'s Treasury function since the merger of Standard Commercial Corporation and Dimon, Inc., in May 2005. He worked for Wachovia Securities for 10 years in their investment banking group. Mr. Thomas is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University with an MBA and the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. in Political Science.
