They have become as greedy as big corporations, and salaries are already low, but now they are pushing people away to save. Unable to adapt their model to new markets, as they want to replicate the recipe as if they were a fast food joint, the "Franchise Model" discussed at town hall meetings.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Nothing comes to mind, as it was easy, I did not say it was excellent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are hard workers and have a team mentality, but they are abandoned by poor leadership and a lack of training everywhere.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Adapt to new markets and learn to listen to the locals about how they can adapt the recipe to local conditions. Treat employees with respect and don't lie to them.
