Mr. David C. Drummond, J.D., has been Chief Legal Officer, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Secretary of Alphabet Inc. since October 2, 2015. Mr. Drummond serves as an Advisor of PacketTrap Networks, Inc. and Ozy Media, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Google Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of SmartForce Plc from July 1999 to February 2002 and also served as its Executive Vice President of Finance.
