Mr. George Reyes served as the Chief Financial Officer of Google Inc., from July 2002 to December 31, 2008 and served as its Senior Vice President from January 2006 to December 31, 2008. Mr. Reyes served as Vice President of Google Inc. from July 2002 to January 2006 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Prior to Google Inc., he served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of ONI Systems Inc., from February 2002 to June 2002. Mr. Reyes served as Vice President and Treasurer of Oracle America, Inc. from March 1999 to July 2001 and also served as its Corporate Controller from April 1994 to April 1999. He served at Oracle America, Inc. He joined Sun Microsystems in 1988 and served as a Financial Executive for 13 years. From 1994 to 2001, Mr. Reyes served variety of positions at Sun Microsystems. He managed nearly every aspect of Sun Microsystems's finance organization including served as its Group Controller for General Systems, Director of Finance for intercontinental operations and an Audit Director. Mr. Reyes served as the Chief Financial Officer of On Line Microcenters, a start-up computer retailer, then moving on to become Division Controller at ROLM, a provider of PBX systems and voicemail products. He began his career in Memorex's Management Development Program, then served as its Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, Vice President and Treasurer and was responsible for treasury, tax, investor relations, risk management and treasury operations. He serves as a Director of Informix. Mr. Reyes served as a Director of LifeLock Inc., since May 2008. He served as a Director of Symantec Corporation from July 2000 to February 27, 2009. Mr. Reyes served as a Director of BEA Systems Inc., since August 11, 2003. He served as a Director of Chordiant Software Inc., from September 2001 to January 20, 2004. He served as a Director of Veritas Software Corp. Mr. Reyes has an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University and a BS and Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
