Ms. Ivy Ross serves as Vice President and Head of Project Aura at Alphabet Inc. Ms. Ross served as Head of Glass Wearable Technology Device Division at Alphabet Inc. (Alternate name, Google Inc.) since May 2014. Ms. Ross served as Chief Merchandising Officer of Art.com Inc. since July 2011. Ms. Ross served as Chief Creative Officer, Disney Store North America of Hoop Retail Stores LLC since January 23, 2007. Ms. Ross has more than 20 years of experience leading design efforts for well-known apparel and accessories retailers, including Calvin Klein, Coach, Liz Claiborne, Swatch and Victoria's Secret. Ms. Ross served as Senior Vice President of The Children's Place, Inc. (alternate name, Children's Place Retail Stores Inc.) since January 23, 2007. Ms. Ross served as Executive Vice President of Product Design and Development at Old Navy, Inc., a division of The Gap, Inc. from January 2004 to January 17, 2007. Ms. Ross oversaw all aspects of product design and development for the brand. Ms. Ross joined Old Navy from Mattel, Inc., and served as its Senior Vice President, Worldwide Product Design and Development for the girls' division. She has given lectures and held workshops on a variety of topics at Rhode Island School of Design, Philadelphia College of Art, Fashion Institute of Technology, the Cooper-Hewitt Museum and the Montreal Visual Arts Center. Ms. Ross is an accomplished and widely exhibited jewelry designer with pieces in the permanent collections of the Smithsonian Institute, the Victoria and Albert Museum of London and the Cooper-Hewitt Museum in New York. Ms. Ross is widely known for her ability to attract and lead diverse, creative teams and drive business results through innovative product design. She has been a Director at Destination XL Group, Inc. (Formerly Casual Male Retail Group, Inc) since January 31, 2013 and Avametric, Inc. since March 10, 2016. Ms. Ross completed programs in industrial design at Syracuse University School of Design and in jewelry design at the Fashion Institute of Technology. She also completed the Professional Management Development program at Harvard Business School.
