checking multiple references for the people who they intend to bring on the team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
that they pay for therapy sessions when you have mental health problems from the horrible way you are treated
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
recognizing valuable and committed employees, and punishing those who are not good coworkers. not letting people get away with whatever behavior they want because they are a celebrity's kid.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
i reported poor behavior of my coworkers that directly affected everyone else to my manager and director, and nothing was done except give that person a promotion and more hours.
