David Trick — Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Ambac Financial Group

Mr. David Trick has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Ambac Assurance Corporation since January 6, 2010 and has been its Executive Vice President since December 26, 2016. Mr. Trick has been the Chief Financial Officer of Ambac Financial Group, Inc. since January 2010 and has been its Treasurer and Executive Vice President since May 10, 2006 and since December 28, 2016. He served as Interim Chief Executive Officer and President at Ambac Assurance Corporation since January 1, 2015 and also served as its Senior Managing Director. He served as Senior Managing Director of Ambac Financial Group, Inc. since January 2010. He joined Ambac and Ambac Assurance in October 2005. Mr. Trick is primarily responsible for Ambac's capital markets activities, including conduits sponsored by Ambac, corporate finance, bank relations, liquidity management and operations. He served as the Managing Director at Ambac Financial Group, Inc. He served as a the Vice President for The Bank of New York Mellon from January 1997 to September 2005. Mr. Trick served as a Senior Banker in the Global Insurance Division at The Bank of New York. He led the financial guaranty and Bermuda insurance practices for which he had overall responsibility for client management, product management and corporate finance. He served as a Senior Credit Analyst at the Global Insurance and Financial Institutions Risk Management Divisions. He serves as a Manager of Juneau Investments LLC. Mr. Trick holds a BS in Finance and an MBA in International Finance from St. John's University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
