Mr. Jason A. Berg serves as the Chief Accounting Officer of U-Haul International, Inc. Mr. Berg has been the Chief Financial Officer of AMERCO, a subsidiary Oxford Life Insurance Company since June 22, 2016. He served as Chief Accounting Officer of AMERCO from July 8, 2005 to June 2016 and served as its Principal Financial Officer until June 2016. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Oxford Life Insurance Company. Mr. Berg joined AMERCO in 1996 and held the positions of Treasurer, Secretary and Vice President, where he had been responsible for accounting operations, financial reporting, tax, fiscal planning, management information systems, actuarial compliance and information analysis for Oxford Life and subsidiaries. Mr. Berg was employed with the Internal Revenue Service as part of the Revenue Agent Group. Mr. Berg is a graduate of Arizona State University and has a bachelor's degree in accountancy. He is a Member of the American Institute of CPAs and is a Certified Public Accountant.
