What makes you most happy at work?

People really are very helpful and aren't judgemental.

Having the ability to work on challenging projects where management doesn't direct every decision. Trust is given to individual contributors and lower level supervision.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We do a great job with collaboration but it does take a long time to get a consensus
