The leadership team has an emmence amount of experience and top notch education. They have a goal of improving safety and culture which you can see from the top down.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus based in large part on performance
We have a great retirement and insurance program
There is a bonus along with paid overtime even for exempt employees after working 45 hours.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is we have to be the manager, supervisor, Frontline worker all for the same wage

People genuinely seem to watch out for each other.
Very good about collaboration between departments to build standard work.
The culture has improved over the years and you can see it with how leaders communicate and how other departments work with one another.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They stuck to their timeline of letting me know if I was hired or not.
What makes you most happy at work?
People really are very helpful and aren't judgemental.
Having the ability to work on challenging projects where management doesn't direct every decision. Trust is given to individual contributors and lower level supervision.
