What can this brand most improve?

Stop cheating your customers. We are travellers, we need things to be smooth and transparent. Amex GBT offers an endless row of errors, extra costs. Oops, here is another bill for some old case that we closed 8 months ago ... I am dissatisfied, and reponses I get from support are insulting at best.
