Being honest and up front. It's not all about the positivity. Helping compensate the employees when they are trying.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's total commission ,but they don't tell u that in the beginning. You can work hard to set appointment and go talk to them ,but if they don't want to buy you aren't paid.
