Pay is 100% commission. You don't sell, you don't get paid. If you can sell the pay is great.
AS A FEMALE I SHOULD BE PAID AS MUCH AS THE MALES IN THE SAME POSITION AS ME

It's total commission ,but they don't tell u that in the beginning. You can work hard to set appointment and go talk to them ,but if they don't want to buy you aren't paid.
