They are very sharp, outside of the box thinkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is not a lot of politics in the Rochester location, just hard-working people trying to put out a great product. The owner is accessible and down-to-earth. He's a great person to work for.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was comfortable. It was more to check your competence and see if you were a fit.

Solving a challenge. Being a reliable supplier to our customers.

APC is a growing family owned business in an exciting recession-resistant industry. It is still small enough that you can wear multiple hats and become a subject matter expert. Never a dull day. CEO is down to earth and cares about his people. Competitive compensation package and annual bonuses.
