She served as a Financial Planning Manager, Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of SWCS and ASUS from October 1999 to October 2002. She served as Treasurer and Vice President of Southern California Water Company since October 2002. She served as a Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of each of the American States Water Company's other subsidiaries. Ms. Tang holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Marketing from National Cheng-Chi University in Taiwan and an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Los Angeles Graduate School of Management.
