He served as Secretary of Lenox Group Inc. from February 1993 to January 1, 2005. Mr. Weiser served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Lenox Group Inc. since January 1, 1997 until January 1, 2005. He also served as General Counsel of Lenox Group Inc. from March 15, 1993 to January 1, 2005. Mr. Weiser practiced law with the New York based firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson from 1986 to 1993.
