Salary structure is below average. Good pay scale for freshers and less experienced resources.
New area VP and manager would remove the problem.
They consistently say promotions happen and that you deserve one, I even got a higher rating than EVERYONE who got a promotion.. and HR denies them

We should have more meetings for specific purposes and we don't often get an opportunity to do that.
