Ms. Megan Faust has been the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Vice President of Amkor Technology, Inc. since September 12, 2016 and served as its Corporate Controller until December 15, 2016. Ms. Faust has more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience to her new position as Chief Financial Officer, including her service as Corporate Controller of Amkor since 2010. Prior to joining Amkor, Ms. Faust served as an auditor with KPMG, LLP for 10 years. She has been a Member of Supervisory Board at NANIUM, S.A. since June 14, 2017. She holds an MBA from Arizona State University, a BS in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Arizona.
