Mr. Andrew S. Friedman, also known as Andy, Co-Founded SkinnyPop Popcorn LLC in 2010. Mr. Friedman Co-Founded Amplify Snack Brands, Inc. in 2010 and has been its Senior Advisor and Director since July 2014. Mr. Friedman served as the Chief Executive Officer of SkinnyPop Popcorn LLC, our Predecessor. From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Friedman co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Wells Street Popcorn, LLC, a retail popcorn company. Mr. Friedman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration with a major in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
