Mr. Jaime R. Casas has been Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Western Gas Partners, LP and Western Gas Equity Partners, LP since May 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Casas served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Clayton Williams Energy, Inc. from October 2016 until its sale in April 2017. Previously, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the general partner of LRR Energy, L.P., a publicly traded exploration and production master limited partnership, from 2011 to October 2015, and as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Laredo Energy, a privately held oil and gas company, from 2009 to 2011. From 1995 to 1997 and 1999 to 2008, Mr. Casas worked in various positions and industry groups in the investment banking divisions at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse. Mr. Casas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
