Mr. Robert G. Gwin, also known as Bob, is a Co-Owner of Arizona Coyotes. Mr. Gwin serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at APC Midstream Holdings, LLC. He has been the Chief Financial Officer at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation since March 01, 2009 and has been its Executive Vice President of Finance since May 2013. He has more than 20 years of experience from a variety of leadership roles in corporate finance and executive management. He served as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and also served as its Senior Vice President since March 2008, Vice President of Finance from January 16, 2006 to March 2008 and Treasurer from January 1, 2006 to March 2008. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Community Broadband Ventures LP from November 2004 to January 2006. He served as the President of Prosoft Learning Corp. from May 2002 to November 12,2004, Chief Executive Officer from December 2002 to November 12, 2004, Chief Financial Officer from August 2000 to November 12, 2004, Executive Vice President since October 2001 and an Adviser since November 12, 2004. He joined Prosoft Learning Corp., in August 2000 and also served as its Consultant. He served as the Managing Director of Prudential Capital Group, an asset management unit of The Prudential Insurance Company of America. He joined Prudential Capital in 1990. He served at Prudential Capital Group in merchant banking roles for 10 years including served as its Managing Director. He has been the Chairman of Western Gas Holdings LLC, the General Partner of Western Gas Partners LP since October 2009. He has been the Chairman and Non-Independent Director of Western Gas Equity Holdings, LLC, General Partner of Western Gas Equity Partners, LP since September 2012. He has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at LyondellBasell Industries N.V. since August 8, 2013. He served as the Chairman of Prosoft Learning Corp. from December 2002 to February 1, 2006. He served as Non-Executive Vice Chairman of Supervisory Board at LyondellBasell Industries N.V. from May 22, 2013 to August 8, 2013. He serves as a Supervisory Director of Lyondell Chemical Company. He serves as a Director of Arizona Coyotes. He has been a Director of Western Gas Holdings LLC since August 2007. He has been a Member of Supervisory Board of LyondellBasell Industries N.V. since May 10, 2011. He served as a Director at Prosoft Learning Corp., from December 5, 2002 to February 1, 2006. Mr. Gwin is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 1985 and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University in 1990.
