What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Clarity. I have no idea what the executive team does or their outlook for the future. There is no clarity and no open door policy. It's a very "top down" company.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The company has not fostered the ability for people to show up as themselves. All coworkers seem afraid to being their whole selves to work and tend to keep to themselves for fear of reprocussion. Culture change needs to start from the top down.
There should be more employee engagement opportunities to encourage collaboration. Outside of that the culture is so old school that people are unncomfortable to open up. From the top down executives need to learn to be a little casual to encourage employees to bring their whole selves to work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees need to feel like they can bring their whole selves to work. Company culture needs to start from the top down with the executive team allowing the company to modernize and keep up with industry standards (more flexible work, more relaxed communication, more clarity in vision, etc)
