It has been a great experience I have been here for six years now and I can say I have learned a lot. I started as a temporary six month intern but I moved up and now I am a Senior Operations Project Lead. I have had great communication with my team and learned so much from everyone.

I like the work we do, interaction with my coworkers and manager discussing new ways to create more smoother work flow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would not say I feel undervalued because I feel like my manager and my team appreciates my work and what I do. I just feel that according to my level of education I am not paid fairly enough. I love working at andros because its a great place and everyone is super caring and understanding. I
