I've grown so much at Andros as an engineering leader, thanks to the opportunities and trust given to me. There's been a lot of interesting projects my team has worked on, with Arc being the most exciting lately. A good mix of working on complex legacy systems, and brand new development.

They are very humble, always asking and reaching out for more work/clarification. They are also very patient with me - being a new manager

When we have a set of well understood work that everybody is on the same page and executing on and we are all in the zone - when we actually get to see the results of our plan
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe my salary is very competitive with the market, and feel like I am compensated fairly. The benefits are comparable with previous companies - haven't had any issues so far. The OneMedical perk is nice, I have used to for quicker primary care
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the flexibility of a remote-first company - working with others who excel fully remote has upped my communication skills and I rarely miss going to an office. I've always liked the culture praising others, and the transparency we get in our all hands meetings.
