I don't feel undervalued, however I do feel that my compensation could be made more equivalent to the work that I put in and the value that I add to the company.

I would not say I feel undervalued because I feel like my manager and my team appreciates my work and what I do. I just feel that according to my level of education I am not paid fairly enough. I love working at andros because its a great place and everyone is super caring and understanding. I
