You need to axe the Googlers you have brought in, you need to listen to your engineers calling for additional safety, and you need to stop Googlers who are managers from destroying and laying off engineers so they can bring in their cronies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise that meets the increase of cost of living in California. The stock options not used as negotiation leverage against prospective empoyees. Managment reconsideration based on colleage feedback.

The company benefits are dwindling. There is no work life balance. Its all work with no pay. Its not realistic.
