Stock options, health care policy
Everything I could have asked for! Not many company provide a full benefits package, so I am very pleased.

The best compensation is stock option.
My salary is on the high end, and I would say that is true for most of my colleagues.
Of course, I wish it were more, but it is reasonable for my position in this part of the country.
