The work is noble. The people are loving. The pets are so darn cute!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their honesty and transparency, especially when they speak. I get a sense of honor, integrity, personal ownership, and reality from their words and language, not political subterfuge.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Antech covers the basics. As we grow, the benefits have been expanding - the reinvestment in the workforce as we bring on success is a very positive indicator.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all working toward a common goal (making pets' lives better). This noble overarching commitment and the humanity that we not only allow, but bring out in each other, makes for an extremely uplifting culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is a professional in their own right, which includes speech, written language, and critical thinking. The icing on the cake is that management seems to have done a terrific job in choosing open collaborators. We treat each other with love and human kindness.
