As a team, we're quick to help each other to evenly distribute the workload as best we can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management will reward hard work with recognition or lunch. Our HR team will decorate the building for our events such as Lab Week or holidays.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the high workload and lack of staff due to staffing model requirements, I, as a manager, have to jump in routinely and unable to properly manage my department without working longer hours or not taking a day off.
