Overall experience has been good, in the way that I love working with my coworkers/manager. My experience with how the company has treated me hasn't been the best, as I mentioned before I felt like newer associates were more valued than those who were here prior.

Most positive thing about the company is our love for pets.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy about work is the work/life balance. I am able to get my work done as well as get off at a decent time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team is always willing to help each other and allows for growth. Being able to lean and trust my team is some of the best things about my team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Job leveling took very long given the high turnover in leadership. This halted my role being leveled. The sense of urgency and willingness to retain talent isn't valued by leadership in my opinion. Newer associates are valued more from my perspective. Better company perks/treatment.
