I enjoy coming to work every day and making a difference. Whether that difference is made among my peers, my employees or the field. There has never been a dull moment at Antech in my tenure, and I am still excited about what the future holds, now more than ever.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take a vested interest in not only the company but the associates as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont think our associates are compensated enough. Although I know leadership is currently looking into that. I feel like we work alot and are not compensated enough.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are smart, loyal, hardworking, friendly people on my team. I strive to make them happy, because I expect so much in return and they always try their best to deliver!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We spend so much time with out fellow co-workers, that we try to make it fun for all us. Whether its Donuts on Friday, or a simple conversation about how our weekend was, I always look forward to seeing them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I am part of a company that sets out to do their best. I've enjoyed my career at this company and I plan on being part of it for so much longer. I genuinely enjoy what I do.
