All leadership at Antech listened to their employees and what we are seeing in the market day to day. They offer support to overcome and prevent any issues.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having a company car is very beneficial for our sales lifestyle. We also get commissions that really make you feel rewarded for a job well done and for working together with your other team members.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we all remember the company motto of providing a better world for pets on a daily basis. Whether that is a horse, cat, or dog we have one goal and that is to support our veterinarians so they can best serve their clients.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has one goal in mind and that is to support our customers. We work together and can always call someone to talk through a tricky situation. We also share our client relationships to help one another if someone is having a hard time getting in touch with a customer.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping a new veterinarian get up and running with easy service and fast open communication. I am happy when I can help out with preferred pricing to help them sell diagnostics more easily to their customers. Cost is always a factor so if we can work together there we can both succeed.
