our new comp plan feels like the company doesn't value ISR other than just making appointments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager fights for my team and myself and makes sure that we have everything we need.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work with a clinic to grow them an allow them to see the value that Antech brings
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Great Lakes Team is amazing and fully supportive, my ISR team has changed dramatically and feel like they are out for themselves and not for the better of the team any longer
