I love what I am doing and my team and boss. There is potential to be great all around and I believe senior management is working to make things better. Some changes will be welcomed, some are not received as easily but there is definitely a conscious effort to grow, innovate, and improve.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like being out meeting clients and having the support and friendship of a strong team with great leadership.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the annual percentages increases that you could potentially earn (realistically) do not keep up with inflation and/or cost of living increases.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leaders are very supportive, helpful, and motivating. They have created a strong team and culture and help make the job more enjoyable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our strong team environment and supportive direct managers have created an environment where we can feel safe to do what we need to do to not just achieve our goals but become outstanding performers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team. They are supportive, encouraging, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, etc. Everything you could ask for in a team and our direct management team has done an outstanding job creating a culture of trust and reliability.
